Why we ask for your Social Security number
While VCU does not require your Social Security number for admission consideration, it is necessary for applicants who wish to be considered for financial aid and Hope Scholarship/Lifetime Learning tax credit to provide a Social Security number to the university. How do I accept VCU’s offer of admission?
You can submit your tuition deposit online today if you wish to pay by credit card. Follow these instructions for submitting your tuition deposit online [PDF].
