Sybil Halloran

Hello and welcome to VCU. My name is Sybil Halloran and I am the director in the Office of Undergraduate Admissions. I have lived in Richmond most of my life and I joined the admissions staff during the summer of 2002.
I first came to VCU in 1993 and worked on the MCV Campus for about a year. Since then, I have worked on the Monroe Park Campus in the Center for International Programs (now the Office of International Education), the Office of the President and the Office of Community Programs. During this time I went to graduate school part time and received my Master of Urban and Regional Planning from VCU in 1999.
I am proud to be affiliated with VCU, both as an alumna and a member of the undergraduate admissions team. Located in the heart of Richmond, the capital of Virginia, and surrounded by opportunities, diversity and growth, VCU is a university on the move. VCU is an important part of the Richmond community and an exciting place to be in school.
I invite you to explore the numerous opportunities available to you here at VCU, from our outstanding academic programs to our academic, recreational and social resources. If you have any questions about VCU or our admissions process, please e-mail me at schallor@vcu.edu.
