About the Office of Undergraduate Admissions

Name three adjectives that describe the Office of Undergraduate Admissions.

Passionate, friendly and hard-working.

What do you enjoy most about meeting prospective VCU students?

I love listening to how they are taking advantage of opportunities to reach their goals. It is amazing to watch students pursue their dreams.

What are three things we’ll find in your suitcase?

Chewing gum, my laptop and my planner.

Best part of your job:

As a former student, I enjoy sharing my experiences about what life at VCU is like. Educating perspective students about all the university opportunities and guiding them through the admissions process is a very rewarding job.

What’s your favorite place on campus?

Stuart C. Siegel Center and all the Recreational Sport facilities.

About me

What don’t most people know about you?

I do not like tacos. But I will eat just about anything else!

What are you reading right now?

I tend to read more than one book at a time. Currently I am reading about six different books, all of which are non-fiction.

What’s on your iPod?

I have a very eclectic taste in music, so a little bit of everything. You name it, I have it.

What did you want to be when you grew up?

The President of the United States.

Who inspires you?

My family, friends and those who show that they can persevere through anything.
